Home More Music samples Pictures Bookings Welcome to The Big Squeeze We're an Edinburgh-based ceilidh collective who blend Scottish and Irish tunes, instrumentals and Gaelic mouth-music to create a uniquely driving sound. We draw on a pool of talented musicians, and have our own experienced caller who'll guide you through dances old and new in her own inimitable relaxed way. The Big Squeeze are available for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries, end-of-term parties, Hogmanays, Burns nights, fundraisers — in fact, hoolies of any kind! Previous gigs in Edinburgh include: Assembly Rooms, Caley Brewery, Ross Band Stand, Corn Exchange and Café Royal in Edinburgh.
